These Terms govern use of Nükte AI ("Nükte"), an artificial intelligence service created and operated by Theos for understanding and analyzing social media content.
Nükte may analyze videos, images, captions, comments, mentions and other social media context and generate automated responses to user questions.
Responses generated by artificial intelligence may occasionally be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. Users should independently verify information where accuracy is important.
Nükte does not guarantee that a person, event, location, television episode or other subject can always be identified accurately from limited media.
Users must use Nükte lawfully and in accordance with the rules of any connected third-party platform.

Nükte may rely on services operated by third parties, including Meta Platforms, Instagram, artificial intelligence providers and infrastructure providers. Availability of Nükte may therefore depend on those services.
Nükte is not owned, operated or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where required for maintenance, security, platform changes or product development.
Use of Nükte is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
