This Privacy Policy explains how Nükte AI ("Nükte", "we", "our", or "the service"), created and operated by Theos, processes information when providing social media content analysis and related AI-powered functionality.

Depending on the features being used, Nükte may process information including:

• Instagram professional account identifiers and usernames;
• Facebook Page identifiers associated with an Instagram professional account;
• Instagram media such as Reels, videos, images, captions and related metadata;
• Comments, mentions and other interactions directed to or relevant to Nükte;
• Questions or instructions voluntarily submitted by users;
• Authentication and authorization information required to access Meta APIs;
• Technical information and operational logs used for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

We process information for purposes including:

• Connecting authorized Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages;
• Receiving and processing supported Instagram interactions;
• Retrieving media or context required to answer a user's request;
• Analyzing social media content using automated and artificial intelligence systems;
• Generating and delivering responses requested by users;
• Operating, securing, debugging and improving Nükte;
• Preventing abuse and protecting the service.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Nükte uses artificial intelligence systems to analyze content and generate responses. Content submitted for analysis may be transmitted to AI service providers used by Nükte, including OpenAI, where necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested analysis should be processed through these systems.

4. Meta and Instagram

Nükte may interact with Meta Platforms services through authorized APIs. The processing of information by Facebook and Instagram is also subject to Meta's own terms and privacy policies.

Nükte is not owned, operated or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate Nükte, such as:

• Meta Platforms and Instagram;
• AI processing providers, including OpenAI;
• Hosting, infrastructure, networking and security providers.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve technical issues.

Authorization credentials may be retained while an integration remains active. Operational records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security and reliability.

Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.

Users may disconnect Nükte from their Meta or Instagram account through the relevant Meta account settings.

9. Third-Party Content

Users should only submit or request processing of content they are permitted to use. Public social media content may remain available from its original publisher even after Nükte deletes information under its control.
